Residential Conveyancing Lawyer 3+ PQE Street We are working with a well-established Somerset practice who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their highly regarded property team. The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity. The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive, with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner. You will possess strong conveyancing experience and be confident in independently managing your own caseload. On offer is a good market rate package (DOE) with a competitive benefits package.
