We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Residential Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer to join Jackie Stay and her highly successful Conveyancing team.
This position would suit a newly qualified – 2 years+ PQE lawyer and comes with a competitive salary.
Candidates will be prepared to run their own caseload as well as supporting the Head of Department. Therefore, a flexible and can-do attitude is essential.
Skills, knowledge and experience required: Experience of dealing with multifaceted and various conveyancing transactions Experience of handling a high volume of transactions at any one time Experience of attending clients Experience of liaising with third parties, particularly estate agents Experience of producing completion statements and drawing up bills Experience of working under pressure Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction
