The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work, and transfers of equity. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate previous conveyancing experience and the ability to handle a busy caseload whilst delivering a high-quality service.
