Our client, an established well-known firm, is looking to appoint a residential property lawyer to join their team in the Dundee office. As part of the wider team, you will:
Take responsibility for existing property files
Assist to further develop this area of the business
You can expect to be involved in the full range of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. The firm has an exceptionally busy case-load, acts for a wide variety of clients, and has close links with local estate agents & letting agents.
Requirements:
The successful applicant must have residential property experience
Good client facing skills
The ability to work well with others
At least six years post-qualified experience in residential property
Salary:
Will be dependent on experience.
