The Residential Property department is extremely busy owing to their very strong relationships with local agents and returning clients, so the team are looking for a driven and ambitious qualified conveyancer to join them in their Salisbury office. The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property lawyer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.
