Our client is a well-respected traditional law firm with a strong East Midlands presence and due to growth of the department, they are looking to recruit two Residential Conveyancing Paralegals into their Derby, Burton or Ashby-de-la-Zouch offices.
You will be joining a close knit and supportive team who strive to provide their clients with clear and technically brilliant advice.You should be hard working and be able to work as part of a successful and dynamic team. The role will require you to assist on a full range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish under supervision.This will include the sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, transfer of equity, remortgaging, new build, and part exchanges to name a few. The firm will consider paralegals who have at least 12 months experience in a residential conveyancing team, and someone who is driven to develop their career further.You will hit the ground running and will be a strong communicator.
