The Firm Our client, a well-established law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for their Bromley office. The Opportunity The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will provide support to Partners and Fee Earners within their successful and busy Real Estate team. Duties to include: Handling cases from Exchange to completion Setting up completions, making payments and redeeming mortgages Dealing with Landlords Notices and fees Updating Lender Exchange and other Lender Panels Assisting with files with support from Fee Earners This Residential Conveyancing Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role.
