£28,000 - £32,000 per annum About the Role: Our client, a highly respected and established law firm based in Hexham, is seeking an experienced Residential Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with a strong background in residential conveyancing to contribute to a thriving legal practice that prides itself on exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion. Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and other key legal paperwork. Conduct title checks, property searches, and other due diligence tasks. Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties. Provide support to solicitors with more complex cases and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Accurately maintain records using the firm’s case management system. Deliver outstanding client care by addressing queries and concerns promptly. Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in residential conveyancing is essential. In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legislation. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach. Proficiency with case management systems and IT tools.
