RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL
Respected firm is looking for a Paralegal to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus. As part of an established team, you will have prior experience and knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process, including post-completion work.
You will ideally have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with a variety of property matters in either commercial or residential, or preferably both.
Essential Skills
Educated to degree level
Completed LPC or SQE 1
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment
Attention to detail is essential
IT literate
Essential Experience
Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies
Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
Registration including Companies House and Land Registry
Drafting and filing of SDLT Returns
Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
