The Role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Provide expert legal guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Conduct due diligence, title searches, and property investigations.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Utilise modern technology and conveyancing software to optimise efficiency.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and other modern technologies.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and remotely.
