Conduct due diligence, title searches, and property investigations. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Collaborate with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders. Utilise modern technology and conveyancing software to optimise efficiency. Requirements: Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes. Proficient in using conveyancing software and other modern technologies. Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
