An award-winning Lincolnshire based firm has an opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team in Boston to handle a traditional caseload from start to finish. Our client is a full-service law firm with offices across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. They have been established in the region for over a century and have forged strong ties with local communities and businesses, with most of the work coming in through repeat business, referrals, and word of mouth. Joining the friendly team, you will be working closely with this loyal client base. Due to the department's busy nature, the successful solicitor can hit the ground running with a full residential conveyancing caseload. The level of autonomy will be dependent on experience and support will be provided wherever necessary. Matters include, but are not limited to, sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold, landlord and tenant, equity release, investment properties, and re-mortgage. Our client envisages the successful candidate to be 2+ years PQE; however, more important than an exact PQE level is a candidate who is technically strong and passionate about this area of law. The firm is therefore happy to consider individuals who fall outside of this bracket, yet can demonstrate the necessary abilities and enthusiasm for the role.
