A Legal 500 ranked firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive as part of ongoing growth in the conveyancing department based in the Christchurch area. This is a key role in an established, highly respected firm where you will be part of the ongoing growth of the firm.
This successful and well-established law firm is seeking a Conveyancer with the ability to run and manage their own full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will have 2+ years’ PQE and be responsible for managing your own caseload, and help develop the department. Excellent career prospects are on offer. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, and will include a comprehensive benefits package and clear career progression opportunities.
