Are you a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to advance your career within a thriving and respected firm? Our client, a leading practice in Cambridge, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team.
About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. You’ll work closely with clients, delivering excellent service and tailored advice throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities: Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards. Providing clear and accurate advice on all aspects of the conveyancing process. Supporting business development initiatives to grow the department's presence. About You: Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (guideline only, all levels of experience will be considered). Proven track record of managing a diverse range of conveyancing transactions. Strong knowledge of conveyancing laws, processes, and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and client care skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
