We are working with this leading South Wales firm who are looking for experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join their office based in Cardiff.
There is a real mix of residential property work of all values. Your caseload will consist of;
Conveyancing - sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold.
Complex land law issues
Land and tenant matters
First registrations
Re-mortgages
On offer is a good market rate package (DOE) and the chance to work for a collegiate and well regarded firm.
