An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading Warwickshire firm.
The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing, along with managing and supporting a small team. You will also develop business opportunities within the Property Department, working closely with the Head of Department and other team members.
You will have a minimum of 5 years residential conveyancing experience in sales, purchases, TOE, shared ownership, new builds, and freehold and leasehold matters.
You will need excellent management, communication, and organisational skills, proficiency in IT, and a polite and patient manner.
