You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years residential conveyancing experience, this could be gained during a property focused traineeship or you may have worked within residential property as a Paralegal before qualifying. You should be familiar with managing the full range of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchase, remortgage, and transfer of title. The firm acts for a number of developer clients and exposure to commercial property in that context is also useful.
