A Legal 500 firm in Guildford is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded, busy team.
You will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers in the field on high profile work.
Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse range of cases involving freehold & leasehold, sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first time buyers and right to buy, etc.
Provide support to other fee-earners with queries on matters and support the growth of paralegals and trainees.
Requirements:
A qualified solicitor with ideally 2-4 years of PQE – however, open to various levels of PQE.
Proven expertise in conveyancing matters.
Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence.
