RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2+ YEARS PQE, LEICESTERSHIRE, £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
- This leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor into one of their local offices in Wiltshire. You may already be based in the region or you may originate from the area and be looking for the chance to return to the area.

Responsibilities: Covering the whole conveyancing process from start to finish, dealing with a wide range of transactions. The expert residential property department covers all types of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments, and sales and purchases. Managing your own caseload of matters on behalf of a diverse client base. Possessing excellent drafting and technical skills and engaging in business development and networking activities.
Requirements: At least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing. Experience as a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive. A desire for career progression within a forward-thinking practice.
