Our diverse client base includes investors, corporations, and individuals both locally and internationally. Role Description: This is a full-time position for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 1-year PQE, based in our West End office. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee residential property transactions from inception to completion. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and third parties involved in transactions. Ensure compliance with property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations. Maintain accurate records and manage caseload efficiently. Key Qualifications: Qualified solicitor with at least 1-year PQE and a valid practicing certificate. Proven experience handling residential property transactions independently. Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in legal research, drafting legal documents, and conducting due diligence. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or qualifications related to residential conveyancing. Experience working with diverse client bases including high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients.
