within an established and reputable firm Your Role & Responsibilities As a key member of the
residential property team , you will handle a diverse caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
from instruction to completion Transfers of equity and remortgages Providing expert legal advice on property matters Liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure smooth transactions Any experience with
trusts or Court of Protection clientele
would be an advantage but is not essential Who We're Looking For A
qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
with at least
3+ years’ experience
in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality service Next Steps If you're a
