Role Description My client is seeking a full-time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE) to join their City of London office. In this role, you will manage all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. Qualifications Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a valid practising certificate. Proven experience in handling residential property transactions. Comprehensive understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legal regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently. Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents. Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
