Ability to handle all types of residential property matters, including:
Lease extensions Transfers of equity Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties New builds Auction sales and purchases Re-mortgages Help to Buy Shared Ownership Ideally, the candidate will also have proven experience in the following:
Lease extensions under the LRHUDA 1993 Collective freehold purchases under the LRHUDA 1993 Further attributes will include:
Strong oral and written communication skills Well organised Ability to supervise junior staff. Job Type:
