Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
to join its growing
Manchester office . With over

The Opportunity This role offers the chance to manage a
varied and high-quality caseload
covering
freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions . The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering expert advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Managing
residential property transactions
from instruction to completion. Drafting and reviewing
contracts, leases, and transfer documents . Advising clients on all aspects of
conveyancing and property law . Ensuring compliance with all
legal and regulatory requirements . Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The Ideal Candidate
A
qualified solicitor (1+ year PQE)
with experience in
residential conveyancing . Strong knowledge of
property law, conveyancing procedures, and compliance regulations . Excellent
attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities . Ability to
manage a caseload independently
