About the Role: As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll handle a wide range of conveyancing matters, from the sale and purchase of residential properties to re-mortgages and leasehold transactions. You will manage your own caseload and will liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals, offering advice and guidance through the process. Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. Offering clear, expert advice to clients on various aspects of residential conveyancing. Handling high volumes of work efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Liaising with external parties, including agents, clients, and third-party solicitors. About You: Experience:
At least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing. Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law. Client-Focused:
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach. Organisation:
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Team Player:
