Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a flexible, part-time role with a leading law firm? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Luton, is seeking a talented solicitor to join their team and contribute to their growing residential property department.

About the Role:

This part-time opportunity offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters while enjoying a work-life balance that suits your needs. You’ll handle transactions from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Managing a range of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters. Providing expert advice to clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the process. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Supporting the department’s continued success through high-quality service and client care. About You: Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (guideline only – all levels of experience will be considered). Demonstrated ability to handle a varied caseload independently. Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures. Excellent client care and communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a part-time capacity. What’s on Offer: Competitive salary of up to £60,000 pro rata, based on experience.
