RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCER

£40,000 - £55,000 QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEx with over 3+ years of case handling experience to join our top Legal 500 client in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We are looking for someone with strong case handling skills to join their established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload. The type of residential transactions you should have experience in include: Sales Purchases Leaseholds Freeholds Remortgages Transfers of equity This firm is well-regarded, with a genuine feel and great workplace. Please note that if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
