If you are an ambitious and capable Residential Conveyancing Specialist looking for a new challenge working with a friendly, modern law firm in beautiful North Wales, this is the role for you!
You will be a qualified Solicitor (guideline of 2 years PQE, but those at NQ level or approaching a qualification will also be considered) with a background in Residential Conveyancing/Property. You will work alongside the wider Conveyancing department, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners.
You will be responsible for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions (including sale & purchase, leasehold & freehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, equity release, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy) autonomously from instruction to completion.
You will also play a key role in the continued development of the Conveyancing department, assisting with business development while also being an active part of the office’s long-term expansion and planning.
This office is easily commutable from most of North Wales, and hybrid access is also available.
