We are currently working with a leading East Midlands firm who are looking for a suitable candidate to head up their fast-moving Residential Conveyancing department in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in an exciting role with an expanding ambitious legal practice with a strong reputation. You will be responsible for managing a team of Fee Earners and Assistants, as well as recruitment into the team, performance management, and learning and development of staff. You will also have the opportunity to develop new business and really make the department your own.
