Due to several recent high-profile panel appointments and new client acquisitions, they are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to take on a varied and dynamic caseload. You will be entrusted with handling complex and high-value transactions, including conditional and unconditional contracts/transfers, option and promotion agreements, development funding, forward commitment/turnkey contracts, and collaboration agreements.
