Our client is a specialised law firm based on the edge of Exeter, easy to get to via public transport and easy to park by the office. The firm is made up of a team of friendly, knowledgeable individuals.
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join them on a permanent basis. They are flexible on someone being part-time or full-time; although a huge bonus is that for full-time members of staff, they pay you for full-time but you only work 4 days a week! Hours are 9am – 5.15pm, and the day off can be flexible but not a Friday!
For the role, you will be dealing with a mixed caseload of residential sales and purchases, including deed variations, solar panel contracts, ground rents, land registry, etc. There is a steady flow of work coming in, so there are no requirements to go out and get more unless you wish to do so.
