We are currently recruiting for a Home Manager to work in our clients' residential home in Ringmer, Lewes.

Duties would include: Managing all members of staff including liaising with outside agencies. Implementing training/induction programmes for all Care Staff. Ensuring the highest level of care is delivered throughout the Home. Improving the home's quality rating from CQC. To be considered for this position you will need to have: RMA/NVQ 4 qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a care home setting. Excellent management and supervisory experience. Ability to lead and motivate other staff members. Excellent communication, marketing, and business skills. A clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards. Deputy Managers will be considered for this role. If this position sounds like it may be the right move for you, please forward us your CV.
