Our client's Nottingham-based home is a vibrant, large-scale facility dedicated to providing outstanding care and support to their residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in a safe and welcoming environment.
The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing a large team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining our "Good" or "Outstanding" rating. Managing budgets effectively and driving financial performance. Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders. Inspiring and mentoring staff to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Registered Manager in a large residential care home setting is essential. A solid understanding of CQC requirements and best practices in residential care. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Financial acumen and experience managing budgets. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
