Salary:

NZD 80,000 - 100,000 (Negotiable, dependent on experience). Includes Phone, Laptop, and Health Insurance. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse or Manager to lead our home in St Albans. Use your leadership and organisational skills to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You need to be a confident Manager who can lead by example, guiding and supporting staff to deliver and embrace Hawksbury's values. Your willingness to work alongside your team, being hands-on with personal care and household tasks, is essential and a significant part of your role, as are your skills and knowledge in enriching our residents' holistic health and wellbeing. To complement these skills, you will have experience in a leadership role. Nursing experience is preferred but not essential. As the Manager, you will promote Enabling Good Lives principles, ensuring that residents are supported to fully participate in their choices and goals. Leading and managing a staff team. Finances. Rosters. Liaising with family/whanau and external providers to maximise independence while ensuring you meet the needs of residents, which is also an important aspect of this role. It is important to note that with this role, you may work between morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday to enable you to provide support to all members of your team. This role requires the Manager to work alongside staff with hands-on shifts as well as varying administration hours. Additional Benefits: Health Insurance paid by Hawksbury.
