to join our Real Estate division in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist in the acquisition of properties on the second-hand market for corporate clients as part of our market-leading Home Sales team. As a crucial part of our team, you will manage property acquisitions for corporate clients from initial instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include: Taking instructions from clients Dealing with all aspects of missives Reviewing/reporting on title We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative and in a proactive manner, who seeks out opportunities to provide a more efficient service, and who possesses excellent communication skills to deal effectively with colleagues at all levels and build good working relationships with clients. This role is ideal for a paralegal with experience in residential purchases for individuals, who wants to develop their skills in relation to acquiring properties for corporate clients looking to purchase properties for rental.
