We are working with an award-winning boutique firm in Altrincham who are seeking a Paralegal to join their growing Residential Development team, to support on Plot Sales work.
About the role:
Liaising with estate agents, developers and buyers' lawyers.
Coordinating with lenders to release plots from security.
Preparing and managing the sale contract pack.
Addressing buyer lawyers' enquiries and facilitating client reporting.
Producing detailed Excel reports for developers.
What they are looking for:
A polished telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.
Familiarity with the plot sales process and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Confidence in using Excel and other conveyancing tools.
