A national housebuilder needs a Project Manager to work on a highrise residential scheme in London. On a brownfield site in London, a new development is getting started. A national housebuilder needs a PM to manage the subcontractor responsible for the utilities and M&E systems in this new build residential development. The project is expected to last around 4 years with lots of new services coming into the site. Two large thermal stores, new incoming power, an energy centre with airsource heat pumps, HRUs on every property, and underfloor heating throughout. This is an ideal position for a contractor who is looking for some stability. Position Details
