High Wycombe One of our clients, an established charity based in High Wycombe, is looking for a residential property administrator / legal assistant to join their team and manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters. You will be instructing a variety of professional firms on the charity’s behalf, requiring exceptional client and communication skills to liaise with external stakeholders. A selection of responsibilities will include: Carrying out searches on title Liaising with Freeholder and Management Company regarding leaseholder packs and Notices post completion Case managing the transfer of property assets Liaising with external law firms to carry out legal work Dealing with lease extensions Liaising with the local authority Assisting with the management of shared ownership transactions Providing advice on development agreements and joint ventures It is essential to have experience as a property paralegal/administrator/legal assistant/case manager with proven knowledge of conveyancing processes from initial instruction to post completion in either an in-house environment or law firm.
