Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages. Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure efficient case progression. Conduct due diligence, including property searches, reviewing title documents, and identifying and resolving any potential issues. Provide high-quality, tailored advice to clients and maintain exceptional client care standards. Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using our case management system. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Residential Property Fee Earner with a strong understanding of conveyancing processes. Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
