Residential Property Solicitor – Surrey
We are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic team member to join our client’s expanding Conveyancing/ Residential Property team based in Surrey.
The candidate will be required to attend to the office approximately 3 days each week with the view to be flexible in order to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of residential property transactions.
Provide expert legal guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
Proven expertise in handling residential property transactions.
Prior experience in team management and leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and adaptable approach to legal challenges.
