Key Responsibilities:
Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
Providing clear, concise legal advice to clients

Keeping up to date with industry developments and changes in legislation
Requirements:
Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE
Strong experience in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently and independently
