Our client, a trusted law firm in Devizes, is seeking a skilled lawyer to join their Residential Property team on a full-time basis. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for handling leasehold and freehold purchases/sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, and first registrations. Experience in additional areas such as leasehold enfranchisement, shared ownership, right to buy, easements, and the Building Safety Act is preferred, but training can be provided. Responsibilities: Competently handle a variety of residential property matters from instruction to completion with limited supervision. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers. Engage in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the department. Support and train junior colleagues. Provide excellent client care and communication throughout the conveyancing process. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and efficient workload management. In addition to handling residential property matters, you will have the opportunity to participate in business development activities and contribute to the training and supervision of junior colleagues. Your Experience & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have on-the-job experience in conveyancing transactions, strong client care and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
