Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

£35,000 - £55,000 per annum We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Cambridgeshire region, who are seeking to recruit for a Residential Property Lawyer. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish Conduct title searches and review search results for accuracy Draught and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Provide exceptional service to clients and deliver successful outcomes Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing, with a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEX etc.) Solid knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a positive attitude Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment Work-life balance with flexible working arrangements Join a well-respected firm known for their commitment to excellence How to Apply: If you are interested in the opportunity, please submit your CV via the job advert LHH is an employment consultancy that believes in talent, not labels.
