We are seeking residential conveyancers to join our highly respected team. Applications are welcome from solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, licensed conveyancers, and unqualified conveyancers.
You will be based at our office in St George’s Place, Canterbury, a short walk from the City centre.
Boys & Maughan is one of East Kent’s largest and oldest legal practices, and we are the market leaders in the area, with six local offices. Clients frequently give us outstanding feedback, and we recommend you read some of our reviews on our website.
You should expect to manage a caseload, be able to demonstrate your experience in leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extension work, and enjoy a challenging, fast-moving professional environment.
Our team is friendly and committed, and we would like you to be a team player. We have excellent, long-term relationships with our clients and local estate agents, allowing you to make your mark and progress your career.
The position is full-time, and your hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm with 25 days holiday per annum.
Working from home is often effective, and we believe in its benefits, so we have a permanent and occasional working-from-home policy. You would be welcome to propose up to 40% home working.
