The Role As a key part of the team, you will assist fee earners with a range of legal and administrative tasks, including: Drafting legal documentation and correspondence under supervision Preparing SDLT and Land Registry forms with accuracy and efficiency Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly Time recording and maintaining case files in an organised and methodical manner Providing typing and administrative support to the department Who We’re Looking For Previous experience working as a paralegal in residential property Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Good IT skills, including experience with electronic legal forms and case management systems Why Join?
