Position Overview
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the fee earners within the department. You will assist with a diverse range of tasks, contributing to the efficient delivery of high-quality legal services to the firm's valued clients.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to fee earners in the residential property department
Assist with drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts related to property transactions
Conduct legal research and due diligence to support case preparation and client advice
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth communication and progress of matters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and deadlines
Requirements
Minimum of 12 months' previous experience in a similar role within residential property law
Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Positive attitude, can-do approach, and willingness to learn and develop within the role
