Following large expansion via a merger, this firm is looking to further expand its conveyancing department. Conveyancing work is at the forefront of their offering, cultivated over many years of servicing throughout Sussex.

providing top-tier client service and quality of work . The Role This role will see you working alongside market-leading individuals in the Residential Property space. The department is home to a number of fee-earning lawyers from Top 200 and Legal 500 backgrounds due to the quality of work they can offer and the work-life balance that they promote. You will have a range of work which includes HNW sales/purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, re-mortgaging, and much more. You will be expected to run your own caseload and will be provided with administrative support in doing this. Requirements You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer likely at Senior Associate or Partner level with 5+ years PQE.
