Residential Property Solicitor - Bristol
We are instructed by this Top 100 law firm in their recruitment for a residential property solicitor to work on a wide range of residential property matters. This residential property solicitor will be joining the office in Bristol.
You will be managing your own caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity. You will also be encouraged to build and maintain relationships with referrers and clients. There will also be an opportunity for you to assist junior members of the team.
It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. We are accepting applications from candidates with at least 2 years' PQE in residential property. You'll be able to delegate comfortably and work as a team.
