Residential Property Solicitor - Cheltenham
Rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced residential property solicitor to join a highly rated residential property team known for their prime residential property work.
The team receives work from all over the UK. They specialise in high-net-worth properties starting at £1 million. The work is of excellent quality, predominantly cash purchases and often includes complicated transactions.
The teams consists of the current HOD, 1 solicitor, 1 paralegal and 2 legal secretaries providing full secretarial support. They are a small but strong team with excellent values and a very teamly approach. They are very progressive having recently invested heavily in AI technology.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced residential property solicitor with 5 - 10 years pqe. As well as a specialist, high value caseload you will also provide support and guidance to some of the junior members of the team. You should be self-motivated and driven and will work alongside the current HOD to really drive the team forward.
Hours will be 9am - 5.30pm with a minimum of four days a week in the central Cheltenham office.
