My client is looking for a friendly, organised, and ambitious individual to join their team and take on a varied caseload with minimal supervision, supported by a team of dedicated and experienced legal assistants.
Typical caseload will consist of: Freehold sales and purchases Remortgages Lease Extensions New Build & Shared Ownership Transfers of Equity The successful candidate will have a minimum of a year’s previous experience handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 Flexible working options available.
